This week has been a BIG one. We spent all of last weekend trying to encourage Molly to crawl. We knew she had the skills, but after making a few moves, she always wanted to settle back into her sitting position. Of course when I dropped her off at daycare Monday morning, the first thing she did was crawl across the carpet to grab a toy. Hurrah! She spent the next few days practicing and then today, she was just all over the place. Go Molly go!
With this new mobility has also come new independence. Molly seems to be having so much more FUN at daycare. She's "talking" to the other kids, laughing, bouncing, resisting naps, standing up in her crib...it's just so amazing to watch.
Her 9-month appointment is tomorrow, so I will post stats soon. Until then, enjoy the videos!
